By using Faceless Video Script Generator (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Preview nature

This deployment is a preview. Features, run limits, and availability may change. Paid plans are not live yet; any “coming soon” credits copy is informational only.

2. Acceptable use

You may generate scripts for lawful creative projects. Do not use the Service to produce illegal content, harassment, scams, medical or financial guarantees, or graphic violence. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI/template output before publishing.

3. Intellectual property

You retain rights to the prompts you submit and the scripts you generate, subject to any third-party model provider terms when LLM mode is enabled. The Service's software, branding, and site copy remain ours.

4. Disclaimer

Scripts are provided “as is” without warranty. We do not guarantee ranking, monetization, or platform policy compliance of videos you create from generated scripts.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
